    沟通

    为什么沟通这么难呢?
    我: 方案整体很不错,就有两个项目有点疑问.比如高空断桥项目一共是一个小时,我们70个人,肯定做不完,而且70个人同时做这一个项目很多人是在等,时间会很浪费,是不是还有其它项目穿插.请问这方面怎么安排的?
    培训师:谁说一个小时做不完?别的培训师带着做不完,我带着就能做完.你们来拓展我保证你达到目的就可以了,你为什么要了解我怎么安排的.
    然后培训师唾沫大溅说他怎么专业怎么能保证活动达到目的,俺几次说就到这里吧也阻止不了.
    偶faint.......
     
    我:我们的定位不是出资方,我们是做设计,外包来生产.生产完了我们将产品拿出去卖.
    员工:那别人有好的设计拿过来,我们再外包出去生产不一样吗?
    我:如果设计是别人的,生产是别人的,人家为什么要来找我们买东西?
    员工:因为这个东西好啊.
    我:可是这东西不是我们的,销售也不是我们强项,这么做我们一点核心竞争力都没有
    员工:能挣钱就行啊.
    偶faint....
     
    最faint的是,同样的问题常常会在同样的人身上N次出现,我怎么才能保证情绪平和地跟人沟通呢?越来越暴燥,早晚出师未捷身先死....

    好久没听到你的消息。知道你很忙,也不好意思去打扰你。做一个管理者不容易啊!一年了,应该是收获不小啊。不像我,没长进,只是身体上有变化。
